At the Red Kite Teaching School Hub we see school improvement as a continuous process, not just something that happens when a school is in need. We’re here to help each other pool and share our experience, skills and talents quickly, early and appropriately to tackle any potential issues on the horizon.
Every school has their own particular context and circumstances, so before we offer any solutions we take the time to listen to what your school might need, and work with you to put together a bespoke package of support.
That might involve signposting a school to support already available with teacher training, curriculum Hubs, research schools or the EEF. It might involve the deployment of a National Leader in Education with appropriate experience for your needs. Alternatively, it might involve helping you access help with DFE or pupil premium funding.
However, with such a wide range of support available from such a large community of schools, no school should feel they are on their own. A problem for one school is a problem for us all, and we’re determined to do all we can to help each other out and prevent issues escalating.
