With a career that began in 1999, Jen has been at the forefront of educational leadership, driving positive change and innovation initially in primary schools before moving into teacher training and supporting teachers in their crucial first two years of teaching. Throughout her journey, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead and motivate teams, inspiring fellow teachers to excel in their roles. Her exceptional interpersonal skills and natural aptitude for mentoring and coaching have made her an invaluable resource for trainee teachers and those in their first years of teaching.
