Red Kite Education is the team that drives professional development for Red Kite Learning Trust, collaborating with over 300 schools across North and West Yorkshire. We are committed to fostering collaboration, delivering exceptional training, and supporting teacher development at every stage. Our work includes:
- Red Kite Alliance Supporting a partnership of 58 schools and educational organisations across North and West Yorkshire. Together, we create shared capacity and strengthen schools through meaningful collaboration.
- Red Kite Teacher Training Leading a large, school-based initial teacher training (ITT) programme that equips aspiring teachers to succeed across all phases, from early years to post-16.
- Red Kite Teaching School Hub Serving as one of the Department for Education’s 87 centres for teacher development, offering the Early Career Framework programme, National Professional Qualifications, Appropriate Body services, and support for schools to engage with ITT.
- Red Kite Connect Our exciting new initiative connecting partners and sharing knowledge. Through powerful collaboration with schools, we deliver outstanding training and ongoing professional development opportunities, helping educators thrive in their roles.
