How to register an ECT
Simplifying the process
Red Kite Teaching School Hub aims to make the process as simple as possible. We offer the opportunity to sign up for the Full Induction Programme and Appropriate Body using ECT Manager or a simple form for schools new to Red Kite.
For the ECF, please ensure that you also register your ECT AND their Mentor on the DfE Portal, this MUST be done for all ECTs no matter whom their chosen ECF provider is, not doing so will affect the timely access to the online material delivery platforms for both your ECT and Mentor and could affect your funding for the ECF programme.
Please note, it is your choice whom you chose to deliver your ECF programme, please select the correct lead provider and delivery partner during the registration process, e.g. UCL/Red Kite, Leeds Trinity/Teach First.
