Sinead Miley is an accomplished and dynamic leader in the field of education, with a proven track record of success and innovation. Her expertise spans across coaching, mentoring, secondary education, teacher training and leadership. Sinead's current roles include serving as an External Moderator for established SCITTs, an Assessor, Coach & Facilitator on the Church of England National Professional Qualification Programmes. Previously, Sinead was a secondary school science teacher, head of chemistry and head of year, she then moved into being the Director of Leeds School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT), a provision that trained over 50 trainee teachers a year.
Sinead's career is marked by key contributions such as developing a bespoke programme of study for Post-Graduate teachers, leading innovative digital initiatives for teacher collaboration and securing excellent Ofsted outcomes for the provider she has led.
Sinead's dedication to coaching and mentoring is reflected in her ability to adapt to diverse learning needs, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and success. Her expertise is a beacon for those embarking on new paths in education and career development.
